"Who the flux is COreflux ? "

  Curious about working here?

Tired of hearing about how technology  will change how things are done, but it's never actually implemented  "because of reasons" and everything just stays the same?
Frustrated  when hearing about technological developments and revolutions, while  the companies you know haven't even cleared previous stages?
Well, if you are, we think you’ll enjoy working with us in making positive change (actually) happen.
At the core of that mission is a culture of strategic but fast iterations, that relies on agility, creativity and innovation.
We value systems-thinking, excellence in every aspect, and proper UX/UI design.
These  requirements play a key-role in demonstrating to clients that change can be easily yet safely implemented with quicker-than-expected results.

 The way we (currently) work

To everything there are phases. Right now, as a growing startup:
Prospective Coreflux team members need to work closely with others and be up-to-date
with Customer Success realities and ecosystems.
As such we are aiming for an 80/20 balance of presential / remote work  positions
(negotiable according to specific position and geography).
We  cross multiple disciplines, and as such believe in providing conditions  for lateral skill & career development for those who seek it,  encouraging anyone to explore, grow and contribute to the disciplines we  cover internally.
That being said, you're not required to explore farther than your specific role, if your goal is specialization.
We are fans of results-driven automation of tasks / decisions, and strongly believe it doesn't make people expendable.
If  you are hired to a post and manage to fully automate it, you receive a  bonus and get to
re-assign internally to a post you want to tackle next.
